Manufacturing To Pattern Or Drawing
If you have a sprocket that is worn beyond use, and it is a non standard sprocket or is a sprocket that is now not made anymore, there is a very good chance that we can make a new one for you.
To produce a sprocket to pattern, we would either require the worn sprocket for us to take measurements, or if you have the ability to provide accurately dimensioned drawings, then this would also be acceptable, and obviously less expensive than sending us the sprocket.
If sending drawings either by post or email, it would also be helpful, if they could be supported with photographs.
Please note,that when drawings are sent, we will make the sprocket to the dimensions given, so it is very important, that you measure accurately, as we can not be held responsible for a sprocket not fitting correctly due to inaccurate information supplied.

Pdf
Bitmap
Jpeg
Gif, Tif
The variations in sprocket design, are extremely vast, and because of this, there are some features that we can not reproduce ourselves at the moment, due to the large variety of tooling and machinery that is required, although we are slowly building up our range of tooling as we go along. We can seek outside services to cover some of the jobs that we are unable to do, but this all comes at extra cost, and because we try to be reasonable with our prices, the added costs of using outside help can sometimes make a sprocket economically unviable.
